Building the perfect home for your family is easy with the Alimay Builders “Build On Your Lot” program. When you build with ALIMAY, you work with our in-house staff to explore design options and estimate your home's price in about an hour! When you're ready to make the final decisions about materials and design details, we will introduce you to our Interior Design Consultant who will assist you at our Design Center. At ALIMAY, we're there for you every step of the way.

You'll find that Alimay’s Build on Your Lot program offers advantages that other programs do not. For example, while most custom builders charge high prices because they build only a few homes a year, Alimay is able to pass our buying power onto our customers through the long term partnerships we developed with our venders and suppliers over the years. This is how we're able to offer more floor plans and options than the average custom builder and serve as a single source for all of your building needs.

Furthermore, we evaluate your site at no charge. That means we travel to your lot to assess the site costs, possible location adjustments, soil conditions, building elevation, water and electric service, and if needed, wells and septic systems etc. This way, we can accurately estimate the timeline and total cost of your home before the building process begins.
